Project Background:
This project represents a major initiative for Jordan and its mission as a national leader in patient care and medical research and education. In order to deliver on its eHealth mission, Jordan, through the Hakeem initiative managed by EHS, will design, build and deliver the new EHR based on the capabilities of Vista Information System and its select modules, which will serve as the single source of truth for patient care, research and teaching. Embedded in the approach will be clinical intelligence to capture, inform and guide patient treatment, research and medical education.
With an eye toward prospective care, preventative health reminders will serve patients, family members, clinicians and associated health workers.
