Driving Institutional Transformation for Improved Service Delivery

ConsultUS has contributed significantly to enhancing the institutional setup within the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth. At the Ministry of Education, ConsultUS conducted a comprehensive process reengineering study that analyzed existing workflows and informed the design of the Quality of Education Dashboard. This digital tool automates work processes and enhances data quality and supervisory services and is fully aligned with the Economic Modernization Vision and the Ministry’s strategic plans.

In parallel, ConsultUS supported the Ministry of Youth in the development of its Digital Transformation Strategy and Action Plan (2024–2027. ConsultUS also developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for several departments within both Ministries, promoting consistency, efficiency, and accountability across core functions.
