ConsultUS has supported the activation and enhancement of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), in addition to improving the system’s functionality, ensuring its effective use for processing salaries and incentives, and strengthening its usability across MoY departments. ConsultUS assisted in outlining the technical requirements and coordination mechanisms needed for the full operationalization of HRMIS.

This comprehensive approach to HR reform is essential for establishing a transparent, efficient, and integrated human resource and financial management system at the Ministry.
