Dr. Hadeel Bader is The Deputy CEO for ConsultUs and a member of the executive board since 2014. With 20 years of cross-cutting experience in management, education, youth employability and social protection, Dr. Bader works in close partnership with ConsultUs CEO to provide leadership and business opportunities that lead to the company’s growth and to achieving its strategic goals. Prior to joining the executive team, she worked as an independent consultant where she conducted several short-term technical assignments related to education and youth employability in the Middle East, South West Asia and South Africa. She also managed several education and youth employability programs in Jordan with regional and international organizations as she served as a Component Leader for the USAID funded education reform support project and managed formal and informal educational projects, in addition to managing the development of digital learning curricula with Menhaj educational technologies.

Dr.Bader is also a part time lecturer at the University of Petra and a committee member with the National Center for Curriculum Development in Jordan.

Dr.Bader holds a Ph.D in Education with focus on the responsiveness of education to the labor market demands.
